Review of GP Practice Websites

Report - 22 December 2022

Our dedicated team of volunteers reviewed each GP website in Swindon, using a set key of questions to assess its accessibility and usability.

Our review was conducted between January 2022 and July 2022. We found that whilst most websites need to be updated more regularly, they also need to improve the language and formats used to ensure they are accessible to everyone. 

We will continue to listen to the communities of Swindon and welcome any GP practice to get in touch to share individual results, recommendations and support making improvements.
