Abbey Meads Medical Group rated as 'Inadequate' by the Care Quality Commission after a recent inspection. Read more.

Abbey Meads Medical Group (including Abbey Meads, Crossroads and Penhill surgeries) is currently managed by Integral Medical Holdings (IMH) through Better Health Partnership and is the last of the IMH practices in Swindon to be inspected by the Care Quality Commission. It was rated overall as “Inadequate”. 

The CQC did, however, report:

“We rated the practice as good for providing caring services because staff dealt with patients with kindness and respect and involved them in decisions about their care.”
