Share your views on health and care in Swindon

Our core function is to speak to members of the public about their experiences of health and Social care in Swindon. We share five ways that you can tell us about your views.

There are a number of ways you can share your views on health and social care in Swindon - and we'd love to hear from you. 

To do this you can:

1. Talk to one of our volunteers or staff members at an information stand in the community.

2. Pick up the phone and talk to a member of staff to share your experience or ideas by calling 01793 497777

How do I get a fit note?

From 1 July 2022, nurses, occupational therapists, pharmacists and physiotherapists can legally certify and issue a statement of fitness for work, or informally known as a ‘fit note’. Find out what a ‘fit note’ is, when you might need one and how to go about getting one. Previously only GPs or hospital doctors could issue fit notes.
