The Swindon Preparing for Adulthood Transitions Roadshow 2021 will take place on Wednesday 22nd September from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m (venue to be confirmed).
The Roadshow is for parents, carers, and professionals who support young people age 14+ with additional needs. The event will meet Government COVID-19 guidance at that time.
More than 40 stallholders from a wide range of services, including employment, education and social care, Health, voluntary sector services, community and sports activities, financial services, will be there to answer your questions, along with Transitions Leads from Swindon Borough Council and Swindon Clinical Commissioning Group.
